Since being planted in 2019, Cross & Crown has grown from a launch team of just 24 people to a single congregation with 160-180 weekly attendees. As a multi-ethnic church, our vision is to see people from every tribe worship Christ as King; and under God we've been seeing that vision become more of a reality. We want to reach not only our city and nation but our whole world to know, love and live for Jesus.

In this next season of growth, we're looking to plant a new church or congregation to reach more of Melbourne with the gospel. In order to do that, we're looking for another pastor to lead the establishing and edification of our existing congregation.

You'll be responsible not only to integrate new members into our church but also to continually mature them as disciples of the Lord Jesus. You will need to have excellent people skills, an ability to oversee large ministry systems and small group structures, and a theological depth to mature others in their faith.

At Cross & Crown, we want to mature disciples who not only know Jesus in their heads but who love him with their hearts and live for him with their whole lives. We value deep discipleship and close fellowship, so we're looking for a pastor who is highly relational, who loves people deeply, and who sees our church not as a job to perform but as a spiritual family in which to belong.
