Adam is the Senior Pastor of Cross & Crown. He is primarily responsible for preaching and vision, and leads our Staff Team and Church Council. Adam also serves as the Secretary of FIEC and sits on the board of RTC.

Prior to entering gospel ministry, Adam worked as a corporate lawyer and political adviser. He has a BA/LLB(Hons) from Monash University and an MDiv/GradDipDiv from Ridley College.

Adam enjoys good books, quality food and close friends. He is married to Justine and they have a pet cat called Carson.

Holly is helping build and oversee our Kids' and Youth Network.

In addition to her ministry at Cross & Crown, she also works as a dentist and a mother to Caleb. Holly holds a BHSc(Dent)/MDent from La Trobe University.

She is married to Cedric and in their spare time, they enjoy bouldering, eating and spending time with friends. She originally hails from the shires of New Zealand.

Jevin leads our Ministry Teams Network and oversees our evangelism and mission to reach our world for Christ.

Alongside his training at Cross & Crown, Jevin is studying an MDiv at RTC. He previously worked as an auditor at Saward Dawson and holds a BCom/LLB(Hons) from Monash University.

His hobbies include playing basketball and watching movies. Jevin is married to Natalie and they live in a jungle of house plants.

Johnson is responsible for ensuring our structures and systems effectively support our ministry and mission as a church.

Alongside his role, he is training for future gospel ministry as a ministry intern. Outside of Cross & Crown, he works as a management consultant. He holds a BBus/Arts from Monash University.

Johnson is married to Naomi and a father to Eden. He enjoys time with his family and friends, playing sports, watching movies, opening the word with others, and also cleaning.

Joseph co-leads our Magnification Network which seeks to cultivate passionate hearts that love the Lord and long for him to be worshipped.

He is currently studying theology at RTC. Joseph previously worked as a cadet at Ernst & Young and served as an infantry sergeant for the Singaporean Armed Forces. He holds a BCom from Monash University.

Joseph enjoys playing basketball. He is married to Naomi and they have a pet cat called Bobby.

Kevin oversees our BLT Network and is responsible for leading our church deeper in word, prayer and fellowship. He also focusses on the care and discipleship of young families at Cross & Crown.

Originally from Sydney, Kevin studied interior design at UNSW and then theology at Christ College.

His hobbies include ultimate frisbee and drinking coffee. Kevin is married to Felicity and they have a pet dog called Gram.
